Aims and objectives of 89 Foundation
The objectives for which the non-profit foundation is established are all or any of the following. All objects will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government, concerned or competent authority and the object contrary to the provision of section 20 of the Act shall be treated as ineffective.
